Tim Lilienthal is an Executive Leadership Coach and certified Integral Facilitator who specializes in working with organizational leaders and teams to create high-performing and equitable cultures. He brings nearly two decades of experience as a leader with the country’s largest faith-based civil rights organizing network, where he trained and coached hundreds of non-profit leaders and thousands of volunteers of all races and faiths around the interplay between their internal sense of power and their external use of power. As a coach, Tim has worked with a range of for-profit, non-profit, and governmental clients, including Los Alamos National Laboratory, Ford Motor Company, U.S. Forest Service, the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, and Food Corps. Tim is a practitioner of meditation in the Zen lineage. He is a husband and father of two, and when not working or spending time with his family, you’ll likely find him out trail running or mountain biking.
