Kathleen Ingram

Kathleen has over 30 years of experience in the environmental management, compliance, and sustainability fields, and has worked with environmental consulting, state, not-for-profit, and federal organizations. Her federal experience includes service at an Army installation, Army headquarters, and the Department of the Interior headquarters. She retired from federal service in 2019. Kathleen received an International Coach Federation Accredited Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certificate from American University in 2017. She enjoys working with others to encourage creative insight-based learning and awareness in order and see their lives through a new lens in an effort to realize their aspirations, meet goals, and improve their professional and/or personal lives. Kathleen has a passion for coaching and served as a support, program, and certified mentor coach for the Office of Personnel Management’s, Federal Internal Coach Training Program for two cohort training programs. She also helped develop an internal coach training program the Department of the Interior. Kathleen specializes in career coaching, team building, collaborative decision making, leadership coaching for organizational performance, and is certified to administer and coach using the Diamond Power Index Assessment Tool. Kathleen is a native Floridian and enjoys outside activities such as snorkeling, swimming, and hiking. She also likes to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends.
