Diana has over 20,000 hours experience in facilitating change. Her mission is to promote inclusive ways of using power for leaders and their teams to align their practices with their vision and support each other, the organisation and the world we live in.
Diana specialises in working with leaders and teams, facilitating their conversations to bring about the richest possible understanding and more comprehensive decision making. She assists organisations to build their ability to use power effectively and with respect. In times of rapid change, it is the skillful use of power that enables agile responses to be implemented successfully.
Diana completed her doctorate about power, rank and intercultural communication at Western Sydney University, Centre for Cultural Research in 2015. Based on this work she shaped teambuilding throughout STEM programs at the University of South Australia and the International Space University for over ten years.
