March 24: Diagnosing Culture. An Introduction to the Diamond Power Audit™—Research, Application, and Uses. 

This first session is a comprehensive introduction to the DPA and its unique value proposition. We’ll focus on what the DPA measures, the underlying research, how it compares to other employee surveys, and its many applications and uses.


April 14: Results into Action. 

As with all assessments, the trick is translating results into growth. This session focuses on interpreting data. We’ll look at  how to understand industry benchmarks, results broken down by employee group, item level results, and the DPA’s unique impact drivers.

We’ll also discuss best practices for sharing results with leadership teams and employees, and creating a plan of action.


May 5: Making the DPA Work For You

The quality of an employee survey depends on how well it is deployed. This session will focus on setting up the survey with your clients for best results.

We’ll start with the sales conversation and go all the way to deployment, covering:

  • the many applications of the DPA
  • the set-up and consulting process with your client
  • best practices for obtaining high response rates
  • determining which employee groups to include
  • technical steps for deployment.
